Claudo Nestor Giannini was born in March 29th 1952 in Buenos Aires.

Giannini is a complete artist that combines his knowledge in social studies
and art, resulting in incredible cultural creations. He's a self taught
artist who combines novelty expressions with a deep knowledge of antiques
which he picked up many years ago when we worked as an antiquarian selling
incredible art pieces, which he knew in depth.When in the University he
licentiated in psychology, and took many postgraduate courses on Philosophy
and Economy, in Argentina and in many countries of the European Community
In the early 90s, in the glamorous neighborhood of Palermo in the city of
Buenos Aires, he begins to advocate more and more to his art. He then
combined his commercial activities related to antique and collectibles
dealing with his intellectual interests, resulting in many articles about
the development of ideas and creativity and an excellent book entitled
"Siempre el dinero" (Always the money).
In 1998 he founded the Grupo Palermo together with other contemporary
artists.
His artistic creations were mainly landscapes at first; these main concept
would latter evolve thanks to his investigations on the Rio de la Plata
constructivism trend.
The focus of these works laid on the importance of signs and symbols. These
studies express the blend this artist has achieved combining different
knowledges such as psychology, philosophy and art history. Giannini, has a
unique view of the world-universe that he expresses through the idea of a
box/room/stage were icons play a huge role in conforming social human
beings, that live together with those symbols/signs which are, at the same
time, marking them. These ideas are developed in depth in his Manifiesto
Imperfecto (unperfected manifesto).
In the series La vida es juego -Life's a game- he shows in his very own
perspective how games lead us to our real self and divinity.
His artwork can be found all around the world in private and public
collections in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Protugal, Israel, United
States of America, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay and Mexico.
He has participated in many shows through out the last few years such as:
