Featuring Antique and Vintage toys of all times, toy and games inspired artwork, live shows and living statues, music and much more, this upcoming July the BA Toy Museum will in the center of attention in the world of art and collectibles. The Buenos Aires Toy Museum at the British Arts Center

July is a very special month in Buenos Aires, for it’s our winter holiday time, where the cultural world of the city opens for its strong season. The city’s cultural activities burst in this time of the year, aiming to a tough public: children, who are on their winter break, and parents, young students and voyagers from around the globe. Hence any activity has to be carefully thought thru to appeal each and every one of these public options as well as offering a wholesome conceptual idea. At the same time, the last Friday of July we’ll also take part in Gallery Nights, the Arts and Culture monthly event in which Buenos Aires’ galleries and museums open their doors to the public during the evening to enjoy a night of glamour and sophistication. We’re proud of the invitation and at the moment our team is working on the wholesome concept for the month show. We’ll keep all our readers posted on news and updates! Desde casi los inicios de este hermoso proyecto hemos estado en contacto con muchas producciones cinematográficas y televisivas a las que les hemos dado a préstamo y alquiler invaluables piezas de arte de nuestro museo para sus escenografías y gráficas.

Hemos abierto esta sección con la intención de sistematizar esta actividad ya que a nosotros nos llena de placer ver nuestras piezas expuestas y notamos la necesidad en el medio.

Por eso, si estás llevando adelante un proyecto estético -cine, televisión y/o gráfica- que necesite de nuestras piezas expuestas en el museo, lo único que tenés que hacer es comunicarte con nosotros a través de nuestra contact info.

Aquí podrás encontrar también breves reseñas de los proyectos con los que hemos participado, sus características y el rol que los creativos le dieron a nuestros juguetes.

From the very early stages within this wonderful life Project that is the creation of the Buenos Aires Toy Museum we have been contacted by all sorts of national and regional movie and TV producers who needed our excellently preserved vintage items for their productions as props or center piece storyline items. We lend and rent all our toys because we know for a fact that each of these objects are not mere games or toys but also historical trademarks that feature an intrinsic symbolical value

The true success and the high demand we¿ve been having on the matter has led us to work out a solid system in order to provide a better and more efficient and effective service. Specially because we¿re proud and honored to be asked to take part in these aesthetic ventures we highly value.
